Karen has a passion for helping others, applying creative solutions to challenging situations, and proofreading random menus and other publications for grammatical errors. She joined the Mercurio team in 2019, and brings experience in Human Resources, operations, copywriting and editing, real estate, and even running her own restaurant.

Keeping the office humming is her specialty, whether it’s managing resources, compliance, or implementing practices that help create a positive impact on our employees and clients, no task is too small or too great.

A native Texan, Karen is thrilled to kick up her boots in the bluegrass and has grown to love everything Kentucky. Including Cardinals fans. Outside of the office, Karen enjoys cooking with her husband, Wes, watching anything that Taylor Sheridan is working on, and snuggling with her three dogs and three cats.
