As the Client Experience Specialist, Bailey is often the first person you talk to when you call or visit our office. From taking clients to their conference room to connecting callers to the right employee on a phone call, Bailey tries to go out of her way to make clients and visitors feel welcome. She also assists Char with events and often helps create posts for our social media. Bailey joined the team in February 2024 and brings years of customer service experience to Mercurio.

Bailey graduated from Bellarmine University in 2018 with degrees in Business Administration and Health Services. Fun fact: Bailey was voted “Most likely to Be a Comedian” by her Bellarmine peers. She is currently enrolled in the University of Louisville’s Certificate in Accounting program with hopes of becoming a Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two dogs: Marley and Pippa. She has several hobbies including making music, painting, sewing, and knitting. Bailey also enjoys attending local events in Louisville such as Silent Disco and Shakespeare in the Park.
